By downloading, installing, or utilizing the Board Game Audio Assistant application on iOS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, please do not use the application.

2. Intellectual Property & Fair Use Disclaimer

Board Game Audio Assistant is an independent, unofficial tabletop companion tool created for personal entertainment, research, and non-commercial educational guidance among friends and families.

  • All copyrights, trademarks, game titles, and character identities for respective tabletop games (including but not limited to The Resistance: Avalon, One Night Ultimate Werewolf, Salem 1692, Cheese Thief, Blood and Blade, and Werewords) remain the exclusive property of their respective creators, publishers, and rights holders.
  • This application is not affiliated with, authorized, maintained, sponsored, or endorsed by any game publisher. Original audio scripts and UI implementations are designed solely to facilitate physical board game moderation.
  • If you are a copyright owner and have inquiries or requests regarding our fair-use presentation, please contact us immediately at fangdev1063@gmail.com for swift amicable resolution.

3. License & Use Restrictions

We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download and use the application on iOS devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

You agree not to:

  • Decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the application binaries.
  • Extract bundled audio recordings or art assets for unauthorized commercial redistribution.
  • Attempt to circumvent advertising or security mechanisms.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty & Limitation of Liability

The application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Under no circumstances shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the application.
